Safe cooking

The microprocessor constantly measures the temperature inside the pot to ensure the exact required cooking pressure. It is equipped with a number of safety features, including a locking system that provides pressure only when the pot lid is securely closed and does not allow the cover to open until the pressure inside the pot is safely lowered.
